Each unit features attractive, functional sweep-pull handles that facilitate easy opening and closing of their lockable drawers. An interlocking system enhances safety by allowing only one drawer to be opened at a time, while an internal two sided locking mechanism engages both sides of each drawer for added security.
Quality construction features like allsteel welded construction and fully extendable, steel ball-bearing drawer slides enable the 2 and 4 drawer units to meet all aplicable ANSI/BIFMA standards for strength, durability and stability when equipped with an optional counter weight kit. Units that are not anchored or ganged to another file require a counter weight kit.
